Mrs. Marlene Mendez joined the Bank in March 2010 as Manager-Human Resources. Mrs. Mendez is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with honours.

She has over 25 years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist working at both large and small organisations in a variety of industries including energy, healthcare and business and is very dedicated and passionate about her role at the Bank.
