Application Steps & Outcome

Step 1: Access and complete the application form on the EXIMBANK Website

Step 2: Once you complete the application and agree with all declarations, you can proceed to submit the application.

Step 3: You will receive an automated email confirmation that your application was successfully submitted to EXIMBANK. If confirmation is not received, please communicate to EXIMBANK via the contact information provided below.

Step 4: Once submitted, your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by an EXIMBANK representative up to 3 business days. An EXIMBANK representative will contact you if further information is required and provide instructions for the submission of additional information.

Step 5: You have up to 3 days to provide requisite information and documents.

Step 6: The application will be assessed in up to 3 business days. If successful, you will be sent a merchant agreement to review, sign and return electronically to EXIMBANK. The executed agreement shall be returned in up to 3 business days.

Step 7: You will receive a Recommended Allocation Letter notifying you of your conditional approval. You shall print and take the letter to your banker before the expiration date. This allocation is subject to final approval by your banker.  Please note that EXIMBANK reserves the right to refuse an allocation request from which the company will receive appropriate notification.
